1.How much charged shipping fee?
We charge you the shipping fee depends on how much you purchase and the country you receive. The shipping fee would be calculated on check out, so that please continue shopping to check the amount of shipping fee.

2.How long does it take your order to you?
Shipping is by EMS of Cambodian post. We shipped directly from our workshop in Siem Reap Cambodia within three working days, to the address you provide during the check-out process. Shipping takes, anywhere from 7-14 working days (excluding weekends & holidays, and under COVID-19, air shipment takes more days because of decrease in the number of flights) depending on where you are.
3. How about tariff if the products are shipped from Cambodia?
As each country has different rules & regulations, this site’s prices do not include any import duty, taxes or any other import charge that may be levied on your order. In the event you cannot or decide not to clear customs for any reason, your order may be refunded subtracting the shipping cost plus a 50% service charge of the total order amount. The product will be destroyed by customs in the country in which it has not been cleared.
